# 5.4 Share Sales Procedures

When selling shares in a childcare centre, there are two primary regulatory bodies you must coordinate with:

1. **The Ministry of Education (MOE)**
2. **The Region (Consolidated Municipal Service Manager)**

**Does your centre have CWELCC funding?**

- **Non-CWELCC Centres:** You only need to follow the standard MOE procedure.
- **CWELCC Centres:** You must follow **both** the MOE procedure and the specific CWELCC funding requirements for your region.
